Metalcoop operates from more than half century to satisfy the demands of its customers. Our commitment doesn’t end with the delivery and assembly of our products, but it continues through our post-sales plan and assistance services.
Should the Customer so desire, new installations will be supplied as turnkeys, complete with in situ assembling to be carried out by specialized personnel with appropriate certifications.
DISASSEMBLY AND REASSEMBLY
Specialized maintenance teams offer disassembly and reassembly services, with the option of replacing any component appearing damaged.
REPAIRS AND ASSISTANCE
Should any part of an installation require repairs, we can supply replacement parts and, if necessary, custom manufacture them anew to ensure restoration of the correct safety conditions.
Following appropriate maintenance contracts, qualified personnel will carry out periodic scheduled tests and checks and release the relevant technical as well as photographic documentation thereof, to certify the usage state and condition of the installations.
Our pride and joy is the closed-section upright, it represents the starting point for the development and the realisation of every single Metalcoop product. This type of upright gives higher stability to the entire shelving units.
The closed-section upright allows for higher load capacity with reduced racking and shelving dimensions. Shelving units built with this technology have the capacity, for istance, to carry an extra pallet compared to other uprights with the open-section.
